     INTERIOR :  We provide interior design plans, budgeting and plan execution. 

 

PROCESS

 

     After our initial meeting and collection of data about your intended uses of your spaces, preferences and lifestyle, the design                process will begin.

   

     LANDSCAPE DESIGN :  It will transition from measuring and recording site details, to a conceptual landscape plan. The plan can        be a complete scale drawing, or sketch, depending on your vision. Once approved, our team will then implement all the necessary      elements in the details of the design including hardscape, landscape, irrigation special features and lighting.  

 

     INTERIOR DESIGN : It will transition from measuring and recording site details to a conceptual interior design plan. Once approved      our team will implement the details of the design.

 

    CHARGES & FEES : Initial consult will be $125 per hour towards getting to know your needs and preferences. 

 

    Should I be hired, I will prepare a proposal that will outline my fees including design and development, research, subsequent               meeting's revisions to plan, budgeting and procurement of subcontractors.
